Among these women that showed repent is Osia Pelagia. She lived in Antiochia mid of the 3rd century as a prostitute and although her family was rich she was constantly seeking wealth and lived in debauchery. However her path brought her to a gathering of Christians where she heard the speech of Bishop Nonnos, a speech that shook her and led her to paths of repenting and true faith.
