Jesus is mentioned as "Good Shepherd" in the passage of the Gospel of John 10:1-21. According to the parallelism of Jesus as Good Shepherd, Jesus appears to regulate His life according to the needs of His "sheep". The same parallelism is used in Psalm 23.
