Saint Anastasia
The Duchess Anastasia of Russia was the youngest child of the last Emperor of Russia, Nicolaos II of Russia. According to witnesses, she was killed by a firing squad in the early morning of July 17, 1918, at the age of 17. She was canonized along with her entire family, by the Russian Orthodox Church in 1981. Her Christian funeral, along with all the members of her family was held 80 years after their execution, in 1998. Her body was buried with full Honors in the Chapel of St. Aikaterini, at the fortress of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, in St. Petersburg.
